Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If you have mold, mildew, bud rot, or any other undesirable issues with your flower, please take photos and contact us.  We will make it right.  Please give us the chance to make it right before you post about it on any social media platform.  Outdoor flower, no matter how well it's taken care of, will have a bud or two here and there that may have an issue and gets missed in the quality control process.  We are totally committed to providing the best quality legal flower possible. 

For 32g, 120g, and 1lb, we will only replace the actual weight of contaminated flower, not the whole order unless the entire contents are visually contaminated.  2g and 8g sizes are scrutinized very closely and there shouldn't be any abnormalities.  if there are, please take pictures and send them to info@rvaaf.co with a description of your experience and product.  We will make a judgment based on pictures and decide to refund, replace and/or return ship the product.  Judgement is based solely on our discretion.          
  
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We ship to U.S. only.  All shipping is free except to Hawaii and Alaska.  If you order from Hawaii or Alaska, we will contact you by email or phone to arrange shipping. 
 
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We only ship with USPS.
